Registration Form must be completed, paid in full, and submitted by April 4th, 2026. The event will be capped at 60 Teams

Team Requirements – Teams will consist of 1 Member/1 Guest; each guest must have a Valid Handicap  Index, GHIN, State Golf Association or Committee Approved

Handicaps – the player handicaps will be based on the tee selection; course playing handicaps will be used for the entire tournament, the team playing handicap will adjust for each course.

Handicap Adjustments – there will be a maximum course handicap differential of 10 shots between the  Member and Guest. Example: Player A 6 HCP, Player B 18 HCP, Player B will be adjusted to a HCP of 16 and the total Team Course Handicap will be 22.

Tee Selection – When you register your team, each team member will have the opportunity to select the tees to play. Each team member will play their selected tees for the entire
tournament. You may not switch tees between the two courses.

Available Tees – Black, Black/Blue, Blue, Blue/White, White.

Red Tee Eligibility – Red Tees are eligible for players with a verified HCP Index of 18.0 +

Gold Tee Eligibility – requests must be submitted and requires tournament committee prior approval

Flighted Teams – team flights will be determined by the total number of teams registered; with the flights being made according to the total team playing handicaps.

Tournament Format

What is our Pari Mutuel Bet?
It’s a 2-day overall event, it pays 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places on a total Net Score for the tournament. Each team you place a bet on, if they Win, Place, or Show, you are a winner. The winnings depend on how many people place a bet on the team versus the total pot. For example: If there is a total pot of $600, 1st Place Pot money would be $300 to be split amongst the participants that bet on that team. 2nd Place Pot money would be $180 to be split amongst the participants that placed a bet on that team. 3rd Place Pot money would be $120 to be split amongst the participants that placed a bet on that team. So, if there were only 2 participants that picked the winner, they would split the pot and paid out $150 per team. If 30 participants picked the winner each team would receive $10 on their bet.

PARI MUTUEL BET - 1 Team for $10; your team may bet on as many teams as you would like.

TEAM SKINS GAME – There are Gross Skins and Net Skins, each skin is worth how many skins there are and how many participated in the Skins Game each day. Example: $150 total in the pot, the pot would then be split one for Gross and one for Net. Each pot would be worth $75 each and the skins would be distributed by the number of skins won. Say 5 gross skins would be $15 each, net skins only had 3 winners and would be paid $25 each winning player.

TEAM CHIP-INS – Is like the Skins Game, only it is a Chip-in from off the green, you will record on the scorecard by placing an X in the appropriate Chip-In Line on the scorecard and Hole it was achieved. The Pot is split by the total number of Chip-Ins.

TEAM SANDY PARS – Same as the other games for payouts, determined by the number of Sandy Pars (gross score par only) divided amongst the total pot collected for the day. You will record on the scorecard by placing an X in the appropriate Sandy Par Line on the scorecard and Hole it was achieved.

Each bet is $10 per tournament day, if you participate in both days the cost would be $60 per team. The Pari Mutuel bet is $10 Per Team and you may bet as many teams as you like.
