Unfortunately, the rain Arizona Rain Storms presented us with a few challenges over the weekend, and we appreciate everyone's patience as we work to get both courses back to normal.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3
LAKES COURSE – CLOSED
VISTAS COURSE – OPEN (CART PATHS ONLY)
 

We have made the decision to keep the Lakes Course closed for one additional day to give our Grounds Crew the time they need to continue cleaning up from the recent flooding and allow the course to dry out further. We know everyone is eager to get back out on the Lakes, especially following overseeding, and we share that frustration. However, giving the crew this additional time will help us protect the newly established turf and ensure the course is in the best possible condition when we reopen.

The Vistas Course will be open, but all golf carts must stay on cart paths, including those with handicap flags.

Tee Time Accommodations
Tomorrow's Vistas tee sheet was quite full, which has made accommodating everyone particularly challenging. Our Golf Shop staff has worked hard to move as many affected tee times as possible over to the Vistas Course. Unfortunately, with limited availability, many of those tee times have had to be moved into the late afternoon.

We understand that a late-afternoon tee time is not ideal, particularly for members who originally had morning reservations at the Lakes, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If earlier tee times become available tomorrow due to cancellations, we will reserve those openings for members who were displaced from the Lakes Course into late-afternoon times. Our Golf Shop staff will work through those opportunities, giving consideration to members' original tee times, and contact those we are able to move earlier.

We know these closures and adjustments have been frustrating, and we certainly wish we could accommodate everyone. Our goal is to reopen the Lakes Course as soon as conditions allow, without compromising the work that has gone into preparing it for the season.
