We had great play during round 1 of the George Fox Invitational at the Lakes Course. The host team George Fox University is leading the team event at +13 just four shots ahead of the University of Redlands who is at +17. We asked Coach Mary Jo McCloskey about the course conditions during round 1 and learned how this event got started over 15 years ago. Watch the short interview below.

Two players from Illinois Wesleyan (Emma Thorman & Lexi Onsrud) are leading the individual event at -3 shooting 68's on Saturday. Watch their post round interview below. Right behind the two from IWU is Makensie Toole from the host school George Fox University at -1.

The final round begins at 8am today. Members and spectators are welcome. Please be conscious of the school and member play while you are cheering on the players.
