Well, this certainly isn't how we hoped to kick off our winter season!
Today, November 1, officially marks the beginning of our winter golf season and unlimited play for our Semi-Annual Members. Unfortunately, Mother Nature has decided we need a little more patience.
Sunday, November 1 – BOTH COURSES CLOSED
Due to the consistent rainfall overnight, saturated course conditions, and additional rain forecast throughout the day, both the Lakes and Vistas Courses will be CLOSED for the entire day, Sunday, November 1.
We know this is disappointing, especially for our Semi-Annual Members who have been looking forward to getting back out on the courses.
Looking Ahead to Monday
The good news is that the forecast for Monday looks much more promising, with sunshine returning and temperatures in the mid-70s.
However, improved weather doesn't necessarily mean the courses will be ready for play. Our Grounds Crew will continue monitoring conditions, and we'll make decisions regarding Monday's play based on how well the courses drain and recover.
We will keep everyone updated as conditions improve.
A Rain Day Sale – Both Golf Shops!
While we can't get you out on the golf courses today, we can at least give you another reason to stop by!
Our Golf Shop staff will be in both shops today, and we're continuing our Rain Day Sale! One or both of the shops may close midday based on weather and demand. Please call ahead if you will be heading over after 12pm.
